Life is incredibly busy, meaning our self-care is more important than ever to our mental health and wellbeing.
A typical Reiki treatment session lasts 50 minutes, where you would lay back on the couch and either have hands on/hands off healing. Depending on what is going on for you, it may also include and aura cleanse and/or chakra balance to restore peace and harmony to your energies.
You simply lay back and enjoy the calming healing session while the reiki does the work.
Reiki works to resolve your emotional distress, resulting in relaxation and inner calm.
